Which is best for making animation with my own algorithm

Since most professional animation softwares, such as MAX, MAYA etc,
have their own algorithm to realize the animation, I can hardly use
them to realize my own one. So I need a software to just represent the
computation results by animation, which at the same time can make it
more pretty. Maybe Matlab works, well how about others?
