Indesign CS Master

Hello,
I make some master with empty Text frame. I would like to put some Title,
sub title and paragraph in the master so I can reuse it.
But when I try to fill them with text in the pages, I cant select the frame.
Is it possible to do that ? (put empty frame for reuse)
