Search a program to make hotspots into panoramic3d images (qtvr)

Hello,

I'm searching a program for including into a 3d-scene some hotspots. When
klicking on them a new, additional window should appear to get more
information about the object under the hotspot.

I don't want a program like Realviz Stitcher for creating the
panorama-images, but one which can use the already rendered image, make
hotspots onto it and put it into a viewer (java, qtvr, etc) to implement it
onto a website.

It is a javaapplet. Is there any GUI to make the coordinates of the hotspots
and view the results in the browser windows?
