If you have Windows ME, or earlier, you can create your own with Kodak's 
Imaging For Windows (which is included with Windows). Adobe used this 
same TIFF idea for saving multiple layers. Think of it as an early .PDF 
format, which never made it big, since you can include annotation as 
well as images.
