When we released King of Dragon Pass <http://a-sharp.com/kodp/>, we did
a couple days of web surfing and compiled a list of a whole bunch of
web sites and magazines. And we asked them all if they wanted a review
copy.

We mailed out dozens of review copies. Some of the reviews generated
big sales spikes.

Our list is way out of date, but it shouldn't take you that long to
make one. (I'd start with a great portal like GoneGold -- which took a
review copy themselves -- and track down all the sites they link to.)
