It is very difficult to make any assumptions what has gone wrong. I know it sounds lame, but calling the nearest technical support center may be the way to go. They would need to look at your log files and assist you in starting the processes in debug mode. You can try starting icd -d 3 -l 3 and possibly the output would give us some clue what might be wrong. But my first guess would be that something went wrong during the installation and that the database didn't get setup correctly. I am not sure what could prevent the Apache from running as well. But I am afraid that I can not start looking through your log files without having a case. Since you are located in Italy the TSC in France would be looking after you, if you decide to contact Nortel for Technical Support. But please do run icd in debug and post the results.
