Re: CAPI_RELEASE never returns

There is no specified limit on how much applications can register in
parallel. This is absolutely implementation dependent.

It seems you have revealed a bug in the Teles CAPI driver. Contact
Teles and try to get an updated version. Or use another ISDN card -
as you already tried.
