No, that's not true.  AT&T sells DS-1, frac DS-3, DS-3, OC-3, and OC-12 
(maybe even higher) ATM, and sells frac DS-1, DS-1, frac DS-3 and DS-3 
Frame.

The reason you got "wishy washy answers" is because some lamebrain 
(probably the SE or AC on your sales team) screwed up the order and 
doesnt want to admit it.

But I assure you, AT&T does sell DS-3/frac DS-3 FR.
