I have a call into my reseller regarding this. I explained to them that we pay per mile for copper to the POP. Why was a line that cost $270 under Frame Line cost $1096 under SprintLink? They are going to get an answer back to me. Anyway, one of the biggest reasons we are looking to change to Sprint's IP backbone from their frame relay is costs. Not just is it cheaper, but frame has been going up and up and up. We had three increases in the last year or so. We're told these increases will continue. With Sprint Link, we get more bandwidth for less money (also no PVC charges) and the bandwidth fees won't increase for the term of the contract. This is the biggest selling point to us. I saw Sprint demo their SprintLink network in NYC. They were video conferencing with locations in other states. The network seemed fast. So, if we can increase our bandwidth, set our costs for 2 years, and pay less, it's a win for us. "Bob R" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > That is interesting.
