That is interesting. And I thought Sprint's notorious 0k CIR frame network was the only anomaly in their data networks. What is the supposed advantage that would prompt you to switch even if the costs were the same? As far as the access fees a T1 is a T1. I cannot imagine that they would have a frame POP & an IP POP in the same facilities. I'd love to hear what you find out from your reseller. Bob R.
