In past years, I used to buy a lot of equipment from some suppliers and because of that, they had no problem in handling small orders for me. However, if I just walked in and wanted to make a small purchase and wasn't a regular customer, they likely wouldn't have sold me anything. Also, many suppliers don't have a cashier where you can buy something. They're strictly purchase order. There may also be sales tax implications, in that if you're not a business and don't have a tax number, they may have to charge you a tax, that they wouldn't have to otherwise. -- Fundamentalism is fundamentally wrong.
