sure you can

all you need to do is setup an underlined font
the first 8 (0 to 7) are reserved so you can take font 8

you can do it manually from your editor menu> options> default font
keep in mind you have to do it for every client

or with a registry hack -

put-key-value
   section "fonts" key "font8" value "ms sans serif, size=10, underline"

you have to restart your session for the changes to take effect

you can add the right color and mouse-pointer
so it will look exactly like html. HTH
