"Concerned3 Netizen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] One year the staff found a w2 layout that required two columns of financial information - duplicates side by side - except that the fields were not really duplicates they were just a tad out of alignment regarding some rows. Later I found that IRS was also accepting a single layout. Does anyone know where I can find an EASY to modify w2 layout the IRS is likely to accept? The W2 form provide by the IRS does not match a standard printer layout as we are used to it (10 char to the inch and 3 rows to the inch vertical) It's always off by a few cm in each direction. If you buy the prepackaged laser/deskjet forms you will have better luck getting it aligned than if you use continuous feed forms. Richard
