Happy Thanksgiving

Meant to post this last night....

For those of you who are roasting a turkey in the oven. Start it breast side
down and cook it that way for the first half of your total cooking time.
Keep some apple juice in the bottom of the pan to keep it moist and to help
the juices flow.

I've been cooking it this way for 30 years. Trust me.
