FWIW, Paradox 10 (full, not RT) is installed on my PC at:

C:\Program Files\Corel\WordPerfect Office 2002\Programs

...the .DLLs for table repair are in that dir, and the other
table repair stuff is installed at:

..\WordPerfect Office 2002\Paradox\tutil32.fdl
..\WordPerfect Office 2002\Paradox\Experts\ExpertsSL.pxr
..\WordPerfect Office 2002\Paradox\Experts\Expsrv01.ldl


...so maybe you need an Experts dir under your Paradox dir with
those two files.  You may also need some registry entries.

If this doesn't work, I'm sure Bertil will have the answer.
