The ">>" and "<<" buttons were the trick; I swear they didn't appear to be
"highlighted" on the screen, but clicked ">>" when the Intro screen was
displayed/viewed, and sure enough, started the sequence -- which includes on
the last page the "Next Lesson" icon.
