Liz,

  I have only the .RSL.
  Just come back from a long holiday and suddenly i feel like that ->
Replace the chr(10) and chr(13) with space then trim it then i should
get the answer i want right?
  I have tried using replace but it  always tells me syntax error or
Invalid expression and so so ....
  my field is ([:PRIV:DELLIST.Remark]). so can you please teach me how
to use the replace syntax? I have tried
Replace([:PRIV:DELLIST.Remark],chr(10)," ") but error of cos...

  Thanks! Btw actually my main function is a developer but my dept
quite small so i have to do all (including hardware support <- which
is an extremely sad thing)
