WebAlchemy - is Alan Hobbs still around ?

I'm trying to get in touch with Alan Hobbs, the author of a Windows
utiltiy to convert HTML pages into PL/SQL procedures similar to LOADPSP.
The address on his web site is [EMAIL PROTECTED] but I'm getting a
bounce on that address as follows :

 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
    unrouteable mail domain "au.oracle.com"

If anyone has a recent or working email address for Alan, would you be so
