Bad guess. If support contract is current the cost is $0.

Well, there you go! Learn something every day! :-). What does a

support

contract cost?

Cheers,

Dimitri

Different levels of support for different things. And while the prices, as Hans points out are at store.oracle.com, they are the highest prices you will ever pay for anything from Oracle. Salespeople always pride lower pricing ... much lower pricing.

You know, I went to the Oracle store link and didn't see any support
contract prices. From your experience what would a typical range of prices
be?

Cheers,

Dimitri

I am sorry but this is ridiculous. The range is $0 to tens of millions of dollars (maybe hundreds of millions). The cost of support varies depending on what you are trying to support and the level of support, etc. You are wasting your time, you are wasting our time, and no matter what answer you were to receive here ... it would be irrelevant.

Just call Oracle and ask. I understand your seeming reluctance but they really have stopped taking young children as hostages. ;-)
