Hello Herman, you name it - or at least some factors. There are much more and much more importand factors that influence a DWH project. It is not just the number of cubes or star schemes it is also their complexity. The highest effort though can be to get correct data into your DWH (ETL and the concepts to streamline data usually requires a huge amount of work). Further time consuming efforts are the conceptual work. It starts with a technical integration and ends with models, reports, and so on. Since all these factors differ fundamentally between small warehouse scenarios with maybe only a limited amount of data sources, mostly correct data and moderate requirements compared to huge dwh scenarios you won't find anybody who can tell you how many weeks it might take unless he or she knows your situation very well. You will find DWHs built in a few weeks and you will find DWH built in years or projects that even failed due to unadeqate project management and skills. So if you are looking to implement a DWH I strongly recommend to seek a partner who has experience in the fields of your branch and with similar projects. Kind regards, Joerg
