any chance you could provide a URL for the review? It's not clear from
the intelligent enterprise site which article it is you're referring
to.

There is an article by Ventana Research
(http://www.intelligententerprise.com/online_only/saguide2003/saguide1_1.shtml?/bi|busintel)
but it seems long on preamble but with no actual survey results at the
end.
