Re: Prove this wrong!!!! - It is wrong and a SCAM!!

To all users: This is a SCAM!!!!! DO NOT SEND MONEY to anyone!!

It is what is known as a "Chain Letter" and is as old as the Post Office. It
is a form of a controlled lottery.
Would you buy even a $5 ticket to a lottery whose winners were
pre-determined by those that run it?

Think about it. If 1,000 people invest $5 and get say $5,000 each, where do
you think the money comes from? The $5,000,000 dollars comes from suckers
who buy into this with honesty and integrity, but are too late!! Do the
math! Only one in a thousand can even collect $5,000 on average. Only the
UNETHICAL few who start out the chain letter have a slim possibility to
receive some benefit - and only if enough naive people buy into it.
Fortunately these days, many people have caught on to this scam and no one
makes the returns (say $60,000) that you see in the FAKE "sceptical"
testimonials.

It is ILLEGAL in most states and countries (or soon will be), but the
originators get around the law by pretending to have some "product" or
"service" such as a mailing list or report. Guess what, you will also get
SPAMmed after you lose your $5 (plus stamps).

As for this "test" website, it is obviously a deception to try and sell this
chain letter on a newsgroup - without appearing to be violation of the
no-spam rules. This is evidenced by the fact that he/she had included the
chain letter.
