Gordon,
Try Tools + Analyze + Documenter

If that's more than you need, all you can do is capture a screen shot of
your table in design view and paste it into a Word document.

Display the table in design view.
Click Alt + Prnt Screen

Open a Word document.
Paste 

Print the word document.
