The tests are run by a for-profit corporation. You pay each time you take
the test (unless you find a free voucher or take them at a DB2 Tech
Conference).

The DBA tests are somewhat challenging, but the Fundamentals test is very
easy. Be sure to take the sample tests on the IBM web site.
