Kiosk Mode

Hello,

I'm creating a kiosk mode app. with the Dev. Tool but for some reason
the screen is missing I think about 5 lines (black at bottom of
screen) . Is this normal behaviour or is something wrong ?

I'm working with FM Dev 5 on a Win 2000 Machine. (Dell)
