help web companion

how can i publish a database on the web? i read the manual i understant what
i have to do with web companion but when i try to open a page in the
internet explorer in the other computer with the adress of the ip it dont
work.help me please
the port 80 doesn t work. i put the port 591 but when i put the adress on
the other pc (http://ip adress:591) the page doesn t open. i have filemaker
6 pro.
