Re: Normal list view, sorting and selected record

Before the sort step, you should save the current record's serial ID 
number to a global.  After the sort, do a 'go to related record' based 
on a relationship from the global to the Serial ID field.  In the script 
step, be sure that 'show only related records' is NOT marked.
