Database on the web

I maintain the alumni database of my old High School, 12.000 in total.
I now want to move it securely to the web, maily aiming at maintenance by
the alumni themselves, which leaves me the authorisation role.

I'm sure this question must have been posted here often: can anybody tell me
the title of a Filemaker-on-the-web-cookbook? It should be deliverable in
Holland.

By the way, can this be done in Filemaker at all? Maintenance by the member
under approval authority from an adminstrator?
