Pro*COBOL Missing in 9.2.0.x Install

I've upgraded an Oracle 7.3.4.5 install to Oracle 9.2.0.1 and patched to
9.2.0.4.  However I can't for the life of me find the pro*cobol
installation.  On our production 7.3.4.5 install there were files in
$ORACLE_HOME/precomp/demo/procob for procob stuff.  I don't see the procob
directory in my 9.2.0.X ORACLE_HOME.  I've fired up the installer multiple
times but I don't see the procobol section.  It tells me I've installed
pro*C but I don't see where that is either.
