Does Oracle has 'Hyperlink' Data type

Hi Guys,
        I wonder if Oracle 9i has a data type 'Hyperlink'. I want to save
Hyperlinks in the oracle database . Actually I have an Access database
(access has 'Hyperlink' datatype) and want to transfer that to oracle 9i.
 Any suggestion will be appreciated.
