You can run both versions. It is very important to remember this when doing so, you must first have installed the Access 97 version, then install Access 2002, making sure to save the Access 97 installation when prompted during the Access 2002 install. Pay particularly close attention to the Access 2002 install. I run Access 97, 2000, 2002 all on the same machine.
