Perhaps what you could do, since the data is consistant for your label report is to set up a table and have the 20 names in 3 times in the order that you want. 1. Name Number 1 Name Number 1 Name Number 1 Name Number 2 Name Number 2 Name Number 2 or 2. Name Number 1 Name Number 2 Name Number 3 Name Number 1 Name Number 2 Name Number 3 Etc. Just depend on your end result. This way all names will print out in triplicate and not waste any labels. Since you have 30 labels per page, this will make 60 lables, or 2 pages used up. Regards, Ray
