USB is supported on NT now, but if this server is your exchange server
i wouldn't install anything on it unless you test it on some other box
and make a good backup before installing the patch, you can just
google USB NT 4.0 and look around.

i suggest, however, to get another box and make it your proxy server,
put 2000 on it, or linux or whatever you want that supports USB
natively, and leave the exchange server alone.
