It really depends on the file.  You will occasionally get great speeds
(I've gotten in excess of 200Kb/sec before), but when demand is low,
BitTorrent is _worse_ than normal downloading.  Since BT clients
practice a tit-for-tat policy, you have to upload to download.  If no
one's uploading, then guess what happens :)
