new computer - how do I get Infosnap to work?

Getting a new computer can be a pain...

I want to get Infosnap to auto load.  This is the Config  variables I
have in my UCF.

MS_INIT = C:/Bentley/Workspace/interfaces/MicroStation/ucm/initial_setup.ucm
MS_NEWFILE = C:/Bentley/Workspace/interfaces/MicroStation/ucm/initial_setup.ucm
MS_MDLAPPS > C:/Bentley/Workspace/users/bill_stuff/infosnap.ma
MS_DGNAPPS > C:/Bentley/Workspace/users/bill_stuff/infosnap.ma


I have the infosnap.ma file in bill_stuff folder.

What am I missing?
