Help - Re-instal

I had my computer repaired, I am trying to reinstall Microstation.  Instead
of allowing me to use the program now, it only gives me a 15 minute trial.
Anyone aware of this?  It is happening on both Windows XP and ME.  I used it
all of the time previously on XP.
