Getting DMRS while appending User Attributes

Hi All,
I am trying to insert 512 user attributes in a linestring.
I use attrib[0]=0x11FF as first value
and then I proceed to have my values for next attrib array items.
then I use mdlElmdscr_appendAttributes(&elmD,512,attrib);
But what i find while alnalyzing the element (after appending attributes
by MDL )I get DMRS linkages from 257 onwards. I dont want these I want
the whole bunch of attributes without DMRS. what should the value of
this first array element.
