I-deas suptab error

Please can anyone know how to fix this error? When i work in i-deas
series 8, even on simple mesh and parts, when i want to do
MESHING-->DEFORM ALL NODES after making results, everything goes well
untill i have to choose here ->Enter scale factor for x,y,z
coordinates (1.0,1.0,1.0): and then i press enter and got message:
suptab.exe - Aplication Error
The instruction at "0x04d5e712" refrenced memory at "0x00000000". The
momory could not be "written".
Clik on OK to terminate the program
Clik on CANCEL to debug the program

when i click on OK i got second message:
suptab.exe - Aplication Error
The instruction at "" referenced memory at "". The memory could not bw
"read".
Clik on OK to terminate teh program

and i-deas crushes.

If anyone have this problem or know how to fix this or you know is
there a patch or some bugfix please e-mail me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
