The example web sites you gave all uses Java for web viewing which by nature
is quite slow.  A web based commercial  software using ActiveX control would
be much faster and can easily provide real time view/editing capability.

Check out ActiveSolid at:
   http://www.ncf.ca/~ds755/products.htm
It already can be hosted by Internet Explorer and only a simple wrapper
(under development) is required to make it a real-time web based dynamic
viewer/editor.
