Karsten, The problem here is free. Unlike autocad, there are few free DGN web viewers. There are numerous ways to get Microstation graphics on the web for free, but won't give you the interaction you want. Here are a links to a couple of companies that sell less expensive viewers that will provide the interaction you want. http://www.pcscad.com/ Look at their WebDGN http://www.bravawebkit.com/dgn.htm Neither of those are free and are really intended for developers, but are the best low cost solutions I can think of at the moment. Awesome solutions are available from Bentley and others, my company develops enterprise class viewers as well. But unless you have LOTS of money set aside, they are far too expensive.
