I suggest that you log into AMS' own customer report system and ask
them what they have done with hit-kit between rev 3.50 and 3.51. I
know that 3.50 was not verified for cadence ic500 (ic446 max) and that
3.51 now support ic500.

Your question could as much be influenced by work at AMS as any change
Cadence has made between ic446 and ic500. My experience with AMS is
that they offer swift support.

Otherwise I have not experienced your problem because I haven't used
that technology.
