Autocad R14 DWG file structure

Hi, everyone.

I would like to know whether my analysis of R14 DWG file is correct.

In the section of Object Map,

A manual obtained at the web site(www.opendwg.org) says that the maximum
size of each section is 2,032, But,

in my program, the section sizes are sometimes 2,033 and 2,034.

Of course, the sizes of most sections are 2,032.

Hence, may it be possible that the section sizes are 2,033 and 2,034?
