seeking info on printers/plotters

I am searching for an affordable printer/plotter for B size AutoCAD plots
and have found an HP DeskJet 9650 at Staples which retails for $599.90
($CDN).
Anybody know of any problems with using this for Autocad plots? Any other
plotters in that same price range?
