FactoryCad help files not installed

Hi, I know it's something else that AutoCad, but our FactoryCad
plug-in from EDS is giving me an error message about an internet
explorer version that is not compatible with one on the CD... Very
strange !  Therefor I can't install the help files, and I'm kicked out
of setup...

Has anyone encountered this before ?
