Special Characters

we have a portal.
and we get submitted forms from various people across the world.
sometimes, it is noticed that. when we get these forms submitted from
people like chinese or koreans & african countries...
these forms consists of characters like:
abb878982fffgshjhajk

something like:
we want to import "aggdffervsvfcfevfvv" 

is it a problem, can anyone put some light on it..
