HELP!! Lost my recycle bin!

Can someone help me...I got a hand-me down computer from someone and
I've filled up the hard drive and I can't find my recycling bin to
empty it.  There's no icon for it on my desktop and it doesn't come up
in a search.  I must have one right?  Can anyone tell me how to find
it?  The computer is a Dell Dimension desktpo PC.  Thanks in advance!
