Annoying Folder Window opening when XP boots

I just reinstalled XP Professional after losing a motherboard.

Right now, each time I boot, an annoying folder window opens
automatically.

How do I get it to stop?

This happened the first time I installed XP, but a couple of days
later I installed another program and it stopped then.
