Try this/

1)Copy taskmanager (windows folder(default))
2)paste it onto your desktop
3)rename to -helpme.exe (or anything else)

Then run it,(taskmanager-using helpme.exe)

This should work (it tricks virus and it doesn't recognize as taskmanager
but rather helpme.exe!)

Post what processes are running after you do this onto this message board
for more info.
And i'll tell you if it is a virus/trojan/worm,etc
