firewall

Can anyone help? I keep getting my Norton Security flagging up that
MSMGT.exe is trying to access the internet, tags it "high risk" and
recommends blocking ,which I do. MSMGT.exe is not on Nortons' virus
list so can any one tell me what it is? Many thanks everyone out there
if you can help.
