Of what, though?  What application do you want to run faster?  Run it,
time it, plot it on a graph.

If you have an application that isn't memory bound, adding memory won't
make the machine faster.  If you have an application that is, adding memory
will.  I can give you benchmarks that will make your machine look faster
or not, depending on what you want to prove.
